OPUTE Deh Randolph, MNSE, MSPE, MNIEE, MNiPeTE, NIFEngM, CORENReg. He has held several positions in The Nigerian Society of Engineers NSE Benin Branch including Technical Secretary and Financial Secretary and currently a member of NSE Headquarter committee on Industry and Academia Collaboration. He has won several awards in NSE. He has led the NSE Benin Branch to consistently become amongst the top 5 branches globally in group dynamics and welfare reports in recent years. He has experience in the banking sector, & marine time sector. He has attended many training Courses with certifications including; International ship & Port facilities Security Awareness , Oil tanker familiarisation, Proficiency in survival craft and rescue Health Safety and Environment HSE, HSE Training Institute, Occupational safety and Health Administration (OSHA), General HSE Certificate of Completion, SEDIN Pro-Poor Growth and Promotion of Employment in Nigeria Program, Benson Idahosa University Consulting services: Leadership, communication skills, Emotional intelligence EI, Attitude and performance, computer skills., JMJ consulting ltd: Project management, Personal effectiveness, H. Pierson Associate Ltd: Basic Accounting, Centennial Capital Ltd: Basic Managerial skills, Basic Banking operations., Leadership consulting ltd: Marketing skills, Customer care services, Understanding Nigerian Banking and oil & gas industry. He has held several positions in the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE); in Section and student chapters levels. He is currently the SPE Nigeria Council, NAICE 2026 Family Programme chair. As an academic/researcher, he has mentored students and lectured in Igbinedion University Okada IUO & Benson Idahosa University BIU. He lived his early life in Accra, Lagos and Benin city. He is from Ndokwa West Local Govt Area Delta State, and has a maternal Ghanaian heritage. His educational background includes but not limited to; Victory Nursery and Primary school, Edo College, University of Benin, & Benson Idahosa University. He is married with children.
