His career spans multiple continents, contributing to the successful delivery of capital-intensive, technologically advanced, and safety-critical projects within complex and high-reliability operating environments. He currently serves as Safety Operations Manager, Deep Water Operations at TotalEnergies Nigeria, where he provides strategic leadership in operational integrity, enterprise risk governance, regulatory compliance, and emergency preparedness for offshore assets. His stewardship reflects a steadfast commitment to engineering excellence, institutional accountability, and sustainable value creation. A Registered Engineer, Engr. Bada is a Fellow of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (FNSE) and a Fellow of the Institute of Safety Professionals of Nigeria (FISPON), distinctions that underscore his professional authority and enduring contribution to engineering and safety practice. He is also an active member and Section Director of the Society of Petroleum Engineers, where he continues to volunteer at both the Nigerian Council and SPE International levels, advancing professional development, technical excellence, and global industry collaboration.
